摘要
在模拟人体环境的生物环境箱中对人巩膜、兔巩膜、人工心包补片、脱细胞猪真皮进行生理应力下的单轴拉伸、蠕变及极限抗拉强度实验,计算各材料弹性模量,蠕变性能及极限破坏强度;与人巩膜相比,人工心包补片蠕变变形极小,极限强度极大,弹性模量纵向稍大,横向及斜向稍小;兔巩膜蠕变变形是人巩膜两倍以上,弹性模量比人巩膜稍大;脱细胞猪真皮弹性模量与人巩膜接近。
Uniaxial strain、creep and ultimate stress tests were performed on specimens of human sclera、rabbit sclera、man-made pericardium mend strip and cell freed swine dermis in biotic environmental box which was build to simulate the environment of human body. Compared with human sclera, the pericardium mend strip have very smaller creep ratio, much higher ultimate stress, slightly lower elastic modulus in cross direction and a little bigger elastic modulus in longitudinal direction; rabbit sclera's creep ratio is more than two times of the human′s and its elastic modulus is a little higher than the human′s. The elastic ratio of cell freed swine dermis is very similar with the human′s.
