摘要
提出了一种 ZVS双正激直 /直变换器拓扑 ,该拓扑不仅保留了双管正激变换器开关电压应力低、可靠性高的优点 ,而且较普通的交错并联双管正激变换器减少了两个箝位二极管。电路不仅实现了原边开关管的零电压开通和关断 ,而且副边整流二极管不存在电压尖峰。文章详细分析了该变换器的工作原理 ,给出了变换器的输出特性和实现 ZVS开通的条件 ,并用一个 2 k W的原理样机进行了验证 ,最后给出实验结果。
An interleaved two-transistor forward converter with th e zero voltage switching (ZVS) is presented. This converter retains the advantag es of two-transistor forward converter, such as low switch voltage stress, high reliability, and has only two camping diodes in comparison with the convention al interleaved two-transistor forward converter. Moreover the converter achieve s ZVS of the active switches and eliminates the voltage overshoot of the output rectifying diodes. The operational principle, the output characteristics and the condition of ZVS turn-on of the switches are illustrated. And the effectivenes s of the given converter topology is verified by a 2 kW prototype. Finally, expe rimental results are given.
