摘要
对杂交水稻金优 63 幼苗不同时期的根、茎、叶进行 SOD 同工酶电泳分析,并测定 SOD、POD 活性。结果表明,自播种后第 7 天到第 13 天,幼苗的 SOD 同工酶在根、茎、叶中有明显的器官特异性,且 SOD 活性叶>茎>根。相同器官不同时期的 SOD 同工酶电泳谱带条数及 SOD 活性都有变化,且 SOD 活性强弱与 SOD同工酶电泳谱带中有无 Mn-SOD 同工酶带有一定的关系。幼苗的 POD 活性在根、茎、叶中也有明显的器官特异性,茎中 POD 活性明显高于根和叶,且 POD 活性变化与 SOD 活性变化有一定的关系。
SOD isoenzymes and SOD, POD activities in roots, stems and leaves of hybrid rice Jinyou63 seedlings were studied. The results showed that there were organ specificity of SOD activities among roots, stems and leaves in Jinyou 63 from the 7th day to the 13th day after seeds sowing and the sequence of SOD activities of organs was leave > stem > root; the SOD isoenzyme bands and activities of the same organs varied at different stages, and the SOD activities were related to Mn-SOD to an extent; there were also organ specificity of POD activities among roots, stems and leaves, and POD activities of stems were significantly higher than those of roots and leaves, and the trend of POD activities had relations with those of SOD.
