摘要
交流变频液压调速系统具有节能效果好、可简化液压回路、调速范围大、噪声小等优点,已在液压电梯、注塑机等液压动力传动系统中应用。介绍了交流变频液压调速系统的几种典型回路的组成、原理及其主要应用。分析了交流变频液压调速系统主要存在的问题及对应措施。这些问题包括低速稳定性、响应快速性、启动或换向时的平稳性、调速精度及效率。对某一类问题分析了可采取的措施,这些措施对于设计和使用交流变频液压调速系统具有重要意义。
AC variable frequency hydraulic speed regulation system has the advantages of energy saving, simplified hydraulic circuit, wide speeding range and low noise. It has been used in hydraulic elevator and plastic injection machine. This paper introduces the composition, principle and main application of some typical AC variable frequency hydraulic speed regulation circuits. The main problems and measures of this system are analyzed. These problems are the stability of low speed, quick response, stability of starting or reversing, speed regulation precision and efficiency. To one of these problems, some measures are proposed. All the measures are very useful for designing and using AC variable frequency hydraulic speed regulation system.
