摘要
提出了对磁弹性扭矩传感器输出的零位和灵敏度波动进行补偿的方法 ;此方法是利用旋转同步信号编码器和数据采样系统对传感器输出进行采样 ;通过减去对应点的零位水平可消除零位波动 ,然后和补偿系数相乘来修正灵敏度波动 ;利用磁头型扭矩传感器进行了补偿实验 ,整个误差可降低到± 2 % FS以内。
A method is brought forward by which the fluctuation in zero and in sensitivity of output of the magnetoelastic torque sensor can be made. By means of the sampled data system and the rotary synchronous signal encoder, the output of the sensor is sampled. The zero level of corresponding point is subtracted from sampled value to eliminate the zero fluctuation and multiplied by compensating coefficient to modify the sensitivity fluctuation. The experimentation of compensating method is performed with the help of the magnetic head-type torque sensor, the error is less than±2%/FS.
