摘要
"三农"问题的核心是农民问题,解决农民问题的关键在于提高农民素质,增加农民收入。通过分析"三农"问题形成的原因与解决"三农"问题的理论观点,阐述健全水产技术推广体系对发展水产业的重要性以及水产业对农民增收和农村经济产生积极的贡献,从而提出水产技术推广体系在解决"三农"问题中所发挥的渔业科技示范、科学技术培训、产业化服务、信息化服务、产品销售服务等作用。
The key problem of 'Sannong' (issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers) is the solution to improve the quality of the farmers and increase their income. The thesis touches upon the importance of the betterment of the system to promote fishery technology and its positive contribution to the income increase and agriculture economy. Thus it illustrates the role of the fishery technology in the solution of 'Sannong', concerning fishery technological demonstration, science and technology training, the service of industry and information and product sales.
