正己烷异构化反应中双金属催化剂Pt-Ni/HBeta的研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过临氢微型反应器中催化剂评价实验 ,对铂含量 0 .0 5 % (ω) ,镍含量ω分别为 0 .0 5 %、0 .1%、0 .2 %、0 .3%、0 .4 %、1%、2 %的七种Pt-Ni/HBeta催化剂进行了评价 ,发现裂解率比未引入镍时大 ,镍的引入量大于 0 .1%后 ,选择性、转化率以及异构化率都有所升高并趋于平稳 ,选择性为 4 %左右 ,转化率为 80 %左右 ,异构化率为 75 %左右 ,说明非贵金属镍的引入有利于异构化反应。 Pt-Ni/HBeta isomerization catalysts have been studied in this paper with a hydro-microreactor, seven Pt-Ni/HBeta catalysts of Pt content 0.05% and different Ni contents as 0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%, 0.4%,1%,2%were tested respectively. It is found that the hydrocracking ratios of catalysts was increased after introduction of Ni. When the content of Ni surpasses 0.1%, selectivities, conversions and isomerization ratios will increase with the increasing of Ni contents and reach basically even values. At this condition, selectivity is about 4%, conversion is about 80%, isomerization ratio is about 75%. It is indicated that the use of non-noble metal Ni can benefit isomerization reaction.
