摘要
制冷系统的大多数水冷式冷凝器的流速低 ,普遍存在不同程度的污垢问题。光滑扭带的自动清洗力矩太弱 ,不能应用。为此研究能够显著强化自动清洗力矩的一种斜齿扭带。与光滑扭带相比 ,斜齿型扭带自转清洗力矩增大了 2 6 0 % ,传热系数提高了 35 % ,并且设备阻力不大 ,值得推广应用。
The smooth twisted strip without teeth can not be used to self-clean away fouling for most heat exchangers at low flowing velocity because the force moment is too weak. The new kind of twisted strip with obligue teeth is developed,which can enhance the force moment of self-cleaning. The overall operation moment is increased by 260% and the heat transfer coefficient is increased by 35% over the smooth twisted strip. For a heat exchanger of 6 m heat transfer tube and 4 tube circuit, the flowing resistance is about 0.15 MPa at the flowing velocity of 0.5 m/s.The new technique has good application prospect.
