微波辐射技术及其在林产品加工中的应用

摘要 微波辐射促进化学反应是近几十年来兴起的一项新技术。本文介绍了微波辐射促进化学反应的机理与特点,微波合成反应技术,着重综述了微波新技术在林产品加工中的应用研究。 Microwave irradiation is a technology that has risen in near decades to promote the chemical reactions.This text introduces the mechanism and characteristic as well as the technique of the microwave reaction.It also introduces emphatically applications of the microwave technique to chemical processing of forest products in China.
