摘要
所有权和经营权的分离产生了代理问题。为了减少代理成本,必须有效的对经营管理者进行激励。我国目前的激励机制存在诸多弊端;因此,需引入新的业绩评价指标衡量经营者业绩,并设计相应的激励体系。
The seperation of operating equity from ownership causes the problem of agency.In order to reduce the cost of agency,the managers must be stimulated effectively.There are many disadvantages in the stimulation mechanism at present.So it is necessary that new evaluation index be introduced and stimulation mechanism be designed accordingly.
