摘要
目的 :通过增强离退休人员自己控制自己生活的信念 (内控 )及向他们提供与身心健康有关的知识与技能 ,来促使他们更多地从事有利于心身健康的行为、提高他们的生活满意度水平。方法 :采用前后测准实验设计 ,通过资料的定期邮寄 ,对 2 3 8名离退休人员进行了持续 2个月的心身健康教育。结果 :实验组的内控水平与健康行为显著高于控制组 ;实验组对生活的满意度也高于控制组 ,但未达到 0 0 5显著水平 (p =0 0 5 1)。结论 :这些结果表明本干预措施是有效、可行的。
Objective: To change the subjects' locus of control and to increase their knowledge and skills related to physical and psychological well-being so as to facilitate their participation in healthy behaviors, and then to enhance their levels of life satisfaction. Method: In a pretest-posttest quasi-experiment, 238 retirees received a two-month program of physical and psychological education. Result: The experimental group's scores of internal control and healthy behaviors were significantly higher than those of the control group; the experiment group's levels of life satisfaction were higher than those of the control group, but the differences just approximate to but not reach 0.05 significant level(p=0.051).Conclusion:The intervention program is effective and feasible.
