摘要
介绍了利用最新的剪切技术在沉淀白炭黑分散细化工艺过程中的原理和方法,通过响应面实验对沉淀白炭黑进行了分散细化实验研究,实验表明剪切技术对易团聚、难分散的液态物料效果最佳。
The principle and use method of a new kind of shearing technology on precipitated silica dispersing and disintegrating treatment were proposed in this article. Testified by response surface regression research on precipitated silica, shearing technology shows that the performance of dispersion effect on the easily aggregated and hardly dispersed liquid material is superior.
