r干扰素抗结核免疫作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 r干扰素是重要的Th1型细胞因子,它可通过促进T细胞的增殖和分化,激活巨噬细胞,参与结核病的肉芽肿免疫反应等多方面发挥抗结核免疫作用。这些使得r干扰素在抗结核免疫治疗方面的研究受到重视,并取得一定的成功。
