摘要
对铁系脱氧剂的组成进行试验。以蛋糕的感官及细菌检测数据为指标,研究了脱氧效果。结果表明铁系脱氧剂中,最佳工艺水平是A2B1C1,即Na2CO320%,Ca(OH)220%,NaCl15%,活性Fe粉33%,硅藻土17%脱氧包装效果明显。
Adopting orthogonal experiment, the iron series deoxidizer was tested. Base on the data of bacterioscopy and sense inspection for cake, the deoxidizing efficiency of the series deoxidizer was evaluated. It was proved that Na2CO3 20%,Ca(OH)2 20%,NaCl 15%,alacrity Fe 33%,Silicon weed soil 17% are the best level in iron series deoxidizer.
