应用FPK方程分析非线性缓冲结构的可靠性

摘要  分析了振动性冲击载荷属于一种窄带随机振动过程,其特点符合马尔柯夫随机过程的条件。然后,可以通过FPK(Foker Planck Kolmogorov)方程表达式,求出缓冲包装结构在受振动性冲击载荷作用下响应参数在某个时刻的条件概率密度函数。最后,根据可靠性理论及其概率分析方法,求得以概率表示的缓冲结构的可靠度。 The product /package systems are often subjected to repeated shocks or vibratory impacts. It is necessary to analyze the reliability of the systems under the dynamic forces like these to determine an appropriate relationship between package functions and products costs.The repeated shocks on packages are belong in narrow band random vibration process and it accords with the conditions of Markovian Random Process so that FPK equation can be applied to get conditional PDF (probability density function) of the response variables Then the reliability of the structure systems can be obtained through the PDF based on the probability characteristics.
