Catalytic Decomposition of Ammonia in Producer Gas

摘要 选用两种工业化的蒸汽转化 Ni基催化剂 (Z4 0 9和 ICI4 6 - 1)进行氨催化分解研究 ,考察了在不同空速、不同温度下催化剂的催化性能 .结果表明 ,在一定条件下 ,两种催化剂的催化转化率均可达到 98%~ 99% ,在 2 2 h的催化剂寿命测试中 ,两种催化剂的转化率均能保持稳定 ,具有良好的催化分解作用 ,可直接用于生物质燃气的高温净化 ,以脱除其中的污染物氨 . In hot cleaning of producer gas of biomass gasification, ammonia, the trace contaminant, is decomposed to nitrogen and hydrogen catalytically. Two commercial nickel-based catalysts of steam reforming, Z409 and ICI46-1, are selected for the study of catalytic decomposition of ammonia and observed their catalytic capability under different space velocities and temperatures. The results show that the conversion of NH 3 can reach 98%~99% for both of them under some conditions. The catalytic stability of both catalysts maintain well during the lifespan tests of 22 h. So those catalysts may be used directly in hot cleaning of producer gas to remove ammonia.
