摘要
针对箱形滚圈经常产生疲劳裂纹的问题,对箱形滚圈的结构参数建立优化模型,用ANSYS进行优化,使结构更加合理,内部峰值应力最小,延长滚圈的抗疲劳寿命。
According to the question of the fatigue gap of the box-tyre, the optimal model of the structure character of the kiln box-tyre is set up and the optimization has been executed in ansys6.1. The optimal results show that the FEM optimization of the maximal stress of kiln tyre can be reduced and the long-life of it can be extended.
