摘要
本文释包山楚简之司法文书简中的“”为“对”字，认为它与睡虎地秦墓竹简中的“诊”字音近义同，是同源字。
Character “? ?appeared in the judicial documents of Baoshan Chu Jian(包山楚简) should be explained as Dui (对). Taking into account of the fact that Dui(对) and Zhen(诊) appeared in Shuihudi Qin Mu Zhu Jian(睡虎地 秦墓竹简), are similar in pronunciation and meaning, we consider them as paronym s.
