摘要
用胶束电动色谱法分离了双酚A、辛基酚和壬基酚。以含 1 0 %乙腈和 2 5mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠、pH 9.0、浓度为 1 2 .5mmol/L的硼砂溶液为缓冲溶液 ,在 2 5kV的分离电压下 ,三物质获得了基线分离。用该法对自来水、水库水等水样中 3种物质的加入回收进行了研究 ,测定的回收率在 90 .5 %~ 1 0 8.1 %之间。
Micellar electrokinetic was used to the separation and determination of bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol in water samples. The buffer solution with pH 9.0 was consisted of 12.5 mmol/L Na2B4O7-25 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-10% acetonitrile.. The separation was carried out under the voltage 25 kV and the eluate was monitored by a diode array detector at 220 nm. Under the selected conditions, a satisfactory separation of bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol in water samples was obtained within 15 min. The linear determination ranges for all three analytes are 5 similar to 200 mg/L. The developed method has been used to determine bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol in spiked tap water and river water samples. The recovery was obtained in the range of 90.5% to 108.1%.
