摘要
新型糖尿病多参数传感器是针对糖尿病及其并发症的监控而设计的 ,可实现血糖、乳酸、胆固醇、β 羟丁酸等血液生化参数的同时检测。它将酶法分析技术与微腔技术相结合 ,以印刷碳糊电极为基础 ,通过生物固定化方法将检测所需的酶固定在碳糊电极表面 ,添加多糖物质作为酶稳定剂 ,保证传感器响应的稳定性。传感器的检测梯度范围为 :血糖 1~ 3 0mmol/L ,检测时间 2 0s;胆固醇 1 .0~4.0g/L,检测时间 1 80s;乳酸 1~ 1 5mmol/L ,检测时间 5 0s;β 羟丁酸 2 0~ 70 0mg/L,检测时间 5 0s。传感器的检测结果与大型生化分析仪的常规方法检测结果相关系数大于 0 .92。
Anovel multi-parameter biosensor, which can measure blood glucose, lactic acid, cholesterol and beta-hydrobutyric acid simultaneously, is designed for monitoring diabetes. It combines the techniques of enzymatic analytical chemistry and micro electronic mechanical systems (MEMS). On a polymeric substrate, carbon electrode is screen-printed and an enzyme sensing film is coated. In order to obtain a good stability, some amylose are added into the enzyme film. The sensing ranges of the sensor for blood glucose(Glu), Total cholesterol (T-ch), lactic acid (LAC) and beta- hydrobutyric acid (HBA) are 1 similar to 30 mmol/L, 1.0 similar to 4.0 g/L, 1 similar to 15 mmol/L and 20 similar to 700 g/L, respectively while the corresponding response times are 20, 180, 50 and 50 seconds, respectively. Experimental results show that the correlation coefficient between the sensor and regular biochemical analyzer for hospital is greater than 0.92.
