摘要
金属纳米线以它独特的光学和电学性质以及在纳米级电子线路中的应用潜力 ,受到人们越来越多的关注。本文介绍了金属纳米线的合成方法及其二维有序组装体系研究的最新进展 ,展望了纳米材料未来的研究方向和发展趋势。
Currently, metal nanowires are attracting great attention due to their unique optical, electrical properties and potential applications in future nanoelectronics. In this review, we give a brief introduction on the various synthetic methods and various assembling strategies of metal nanowires. In the first part, several efficient preparative methods of metal nanowires, such as hard templating, soft templating, electrochemistry, photochemistry, seed-mediated growth and step-edge decoration are described. The alignment and patterning assembling of as-prepared nanowires is significient for their future applications in nanoelectronics. Therefore, several. assembling strategies, such as microfluidic and electrical methods, L-B and molecular combing techniques, are described in the second part. Although some progresses have been made on the studies of metal nanowires, there exists still many challenges such as the stability, purification and surface modification of metal nanowires.
