摘要
目的 评价婴幼儿发育状况。方法 抽取苏州地区 1岁以内小儿 6 0 2名 ,应用丹佛发育筛查法进行测查 ,并评价其发育状况。结果 近 2 0个项目的通过率明显高于量表通过率 ,语言、个人 -社交能区尤为明显。结论 小儿发育呈发育提前的趋势 ,各功能区发育不平衡。
Objective To evaluate the development of infants.Methods DDST-CR examination was performed to 602 infants in Suzhou and the development level of the infants was assessed.Results There were more infants who gained score “P”than the scale in about 20 items,especially in language and personal-social categories.Conclusion Infants′ secular development change was developing earlier and the development of the four categories was not uniform.
