溶胶-凝胶法制备铝酸钡发光材料 被引量:4

Sol-gel Synthesis of BaAl_(12)O_(19):Mn Luminescent Material

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法合成制备铝酸钡发光材料,由于溶胶-凝胶法能够达到分子乃至原子尺度上的均匀混合,因此制备出的产品颗粒更小,从而弥补了以往高温固相法中,产品制成后需要磨碎、筛分而引起荧光粉亮度下降的不足;而且使用溶胶-凝胶法,使得焙烧温度比高温固相法降低了300℃。实验主要研究了影响凝胶形成的几个工艺条件,如柠檬酸用量、溶液pH值、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等,并逐一进行了讨论。结果确定了用该法制备铝酸钡的各个工艺条件如下:柠檬酸与金属离子摩尔比为1 2,溶液pH>7,焙烧温度为1100℃,焙烧时间为2h。最终产品颗粒尺寸为70nm左右。 In this research work, sol-gel synthesis technique (SST) is adopted to prepare BaAl_(12)O_(19):Mn luminescent material.Since a uniform mixture at molecule or atom levels can be obtained by using SST,so the size of the products is smaller than that of the products obtained by high temperature solid phase method and the sintering temperature decreases by 300℃.It also remedies the shortages that the products need to grind and screen and then it leads the phosphor luminance to decline.Some factors that affect the behavior of sol-gel process such as the citric acid dosage,pH value,sintering temperature and time are investigated.The results indicate that as the ratio of citric acid and the total number of metal ions is1.2,solution pH>7,the sintering temperature is 1100℃ and sintering time is 2h, an optimal material can be made and the particle size of the product is about 70nm.
