押网络环境下的藏书建设是一个新形势下需要深入讨论的问题,信息社会、网络时代要求树立现代馆藏建设观念、改变传统藏书结构、实行经费科学配置、提高服务质量、发挥更大效益。
The construction of book-collecting by network is the problem under discussion .Informovtion society,network era require us set up the idea of modern library collection , change traditional book collecting structure,carry out funds disposition scientifically , improve service quality , give full play to it.
