结直肠癌肝转移的早期诊断和防治进展 被引量:6

Advance of early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of hepatic metastasis of coloractal carcinoma

摘要 RT PCR和 1 8FDG PET是结直肠癌肝转移最有效的早期诊断方法。肝叶切除是最有效、最基本的治疗 ,肝切除术后复发 ,经选择的病例仍可再次切除。对不能切除的肝转移可行以射频、微波、冷冻、酒精注射等介入治疗。基于对微转移灶的认识 ,术后的辅助化疗仍是必要的。笔者对上述观点加以综述。
