摘要
采用醇—水溶液共沉淀法制备铬锡红色料。通过选择适当的分散剂,可制得颗粒大小在0.5-1滋m、团聚少的超细铬锡红色料。与通常的水溶剂共沉淀法相比,样品颗粒更细,粒度分布范围更窄,呈色更鲜艳,煅烧温度更低。
A novel methed which involved coprecipitation with an alcohol-water mixture as a solvent was used to synthesize the ultra fine Cr-Sn pink pigment. By adding appropriato dispersant ,weakly agglomerated powders of Cr-Sn pink with average particle size of 0.5~1mm can be obtained .Contrast with the ordinary trend of the powder synthesized by hydrosolvent coprecipitation , better colour? smaller grain?narrower grain distribution and lower synthesis temperature of the sample.
