摘要 为了探讨人参皂甙Rg3对人甲状腺癌血管生成的抑制作用 ,对 18例甲状腺癌患者在术前 2周口服Rg3 ,观察手术切除癌内微血管密度 (microvesseldexsity ,MVD)的变化。结果实验组血管减少明显 ,高倍镜下可见血管内皮细胞支架塌陷、变性、坏死 ;而对照组血管无明显改变。实验组MVD值计数 10 8 69± 2 5 2 4,对照组MVD计数 160 5 2±47 45 ,两组比较差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 0 1。初步研究结果提示 ,Rg3具有抑制甲状腺癌血管生成的作用 ,可有效抑制其生长和转移。 The objective is to search the function of Rg3 on inhibiting the angiogenesis of human thyroid cancer. The different intratumoral microvessel density (MVD) was observed in 18 cases of thyroid cancer patients taking or not taking Rg3 two weeks before the operations.The vessels decreased significantly in experimental group with collapsed vascular endothenial cytoskeleton. Degeneration and necrosis were seen by higher microscopy. There was no marked vascular change in the control group,the MVD of treatment group is 108.69±25.24,control is 160.52±47.45,there is significant difference between the two groups,P<0.001.In conclusion,the single component Rg3 has the functions of restraining angiogenesis and inhibiting the proliferation, soakage and metastasis of tumour cells.
