摘要 目的:为光学CT的成像提供物理基础。材料:用相位调制仪测量直径为10cm,高度为12cm的塑料杯中的混合溶液。在该溶液中,选用0.1%~1%的Intralipid溶液作为散射物质,选用新鲜鸡血作为吸收物质,通过往溶液中加入氧气或酵母以改变血氧饱和度,观察相角的变化。结果:相位调制系统的实验结果与理论上是相符的。结论:相角算法能够保证计算精度。 Objective: The physics base of optics CT imaging is afforded. Material: the blend liquor in plastic cup which diameter is 10 cm and highness is 12 cm i s measured by the phase modulation device. In this liquor, 0.1%~1% Intralipid l iquor serve as scatter substance and verdure chook blood serve as absorb substan ce, the change of the phase angle is obsevred while infusing oxygen or yeast int o this liquor for changing hererogeneous saturation. Result: It shows that, the experimentation result of PMS is in accord with the theory. Conclusion: The prec ision of computation algorithmic can be ensured by phase angle algorithmic.
