烤烟烟叶钾含量的配合力和稳定性分析

摘要  在河南省的3个地区,以6个重要烤烟品种及其配成的双列杂交材料为试验材料,对鲜烟叶的钾含量进行了配合力和稳定性分析。结果表明,烟叶钾含量的基因型与环境互作效应显著,RG17×潘园黄烟叶钾含量平均值最高,稳定性最好。6个亲本的一般配合力(GCA)、各组合的特殊配合力(SCA)差异均达极显著水平;K326的GCA最高,潘园黄和RG17次之。 The combing ability and stability of flue-cured tobacco leave potassium content were analysed,using 6 flue-cured tobacco cultivars and their complete dialler cross progenies at the localities in Henan.The results showed that the interaction effect of genetypes and their enviroment was significant.The average potassium content of F_1 (RG17×Panyuanhuang) was the highest and stablest.The differences of general combining ability (GCA) and special combining ability (SCA) were very significant among the 6 parents.K326,one of the parents,has the highest GCA,the following were RG17 and Panyuanhuang.
