摘要
初步研究了宽苞棘豆地上部分提取物的化学成分及其生物活性。结果表明,宽苞棘豆中含有酚类物质、鞣质、还原性糖、皂甙、生物碱、黄酮及其甙类、氨基酸和氰甙。其粗提物对粘虫3龄幼虫无显著的触杀和胃毒活性,对小麦赤霉病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、番茄早疫病菌、烟草赤星病菌、苹果炭疽病菌等5种病菌仅有较低的抑菌活性,但对反枝苋种子萌发、主根生长、主茎生长及株高均有一定的抑制作用,其中乙酸乙酯提取物抑制率最高。
The chemical constituents of the aerial part of Oxytropis latibracteata Jurtz have been primarily studied.It is found that the Oxytropis latibracteata contains phenols,tannins,carbohydrates,saponins,alkaloids,flavonoids and its glycosides,amino acids and cyonogenetic.The extracts of the plant showed weak contact and stomach contact and stomach activity on Mythimna separata,low inhibitive acitivity on Gibberella zeae,Botrytis cirerea,Alternaria solani,Alternaria alternata and Glomerella cingulata,but it has remarkable inhibitive effect agaimt the taproot,caulis,bourgeon and height of Amaranthus retroflexus L.,and the extract of eher acetate has the most inhibition rate.
