摘要
将微波技术运用于水提醇沉法提取小远志多糖,脱蛋白后得到总多糖,得率为3.35%.总多糖经二乙氨基乙基纤维素(DEAE 52)柱层析,分离得到两种均一组分.对总多糖进行了抗S180癌细胞活性研究,结果表明小远志总多糖对S180癌细胞具有明显的抑制作用.
The polysaccharide (AP0) was extracted from Polygala sibirica L.,var,megalopha,Fr.by microwave in water,sagged by alcohol,and then deproteinizated (yield 3.35%). Two homogenital components were obtained by column chromography using cellulose DEAE-52 as fixed phase. And the anti-S180 tumor activity of AP0 was measured,the result indicated that AP0 had an evident inhibition against S180.
