摘要
目的:探讨如何在急诊面部手术中应用整形外科方法,同时恢复患者面部的功能和形态。方法:根据不同的伤情采用不同的修复方法,强调彻底清创、真皮缝合、皮瓣的应用、无创等技术。结果:341例患者中,除2例发生面神经颊支永久性损伤外,其余均未发生瘢痕增生等严重并发症。结论:在面部外伤的急诊处理中,整形外科技术的应用对患者面部功能及形态的恢复很有帮助。
Objective To explore how to recover normal function and feature of patients suffered with facial injury by plastic technique in emergency operation. Methods Plastic technique such as entire debridement,dermal suture,application of skin flap, immediate repairing of parotid gland and facial nerve,and so on, were applied. Results There existed permanent injury of buccal branches in 2 cases.The other cases had satisfactory results. Conclusion It′s good for facial injury with plastic surgery employed in emergency operation.
