摘要
将喷射气流的高速冲击粉碎作用和旋转靶的高速摩擦粉碎作用复合用于中药材的超细气流粉碎中,使中药材通过离心布料均匀分配至多个喷嘴加速管冲击旋转靶,在靶表面摩擦纹理的剪切作用下得以冲击、摩擦粉碎,经分级获得超细中药材粉体。通过几种典型中药材的粉碎实验表明,采用高速冲击和剪切摩擦强化复合粉碎,可以更有效地实现中药材的超细粉碎。
In the jet mill designed specially, the composite pulverization effect of high-speed impact and attrition of a rotary target is used to pulverize ultrafinely the Chinese medicinal materials. The raw materials are uniformly distributed to multiple nozzles and accelerating pipes, which are impacted on a rotaryd target with surface of various friction veining. So the Chinese medicinal materials are pulverized through the recombination action of impact and attrition. The grinding tests show that the recombination action of impact and attrition is a way to enhance the efficiency of the Chinese medicinal materials ultrafine grinding in jet mill.
