摘要
控制容积法是求解温度场微分方程中采用的离散化方法之一,其基本思想是将计算域分成互不重叠的控制容积单元,使每一个网格结点都由一个控制容积单元所包围,这个控制容积单元在单位时间内接受(传出)的热量仅与其邻边的单元有关,并等于邻边单元通过界面传出(传入)的热量总和。本文通过对传热微分方程的变换处理,采用控制容积法推导出可实现计算机求解的差分矩阵方程,编写出计算机求解程序。在给出边界条件的情况下,求解出铸坯的温度场。
Control volume method is one of the methods in solving temperature field of casting billet, its principle is that the calculated areas are divided into no-overlapping control volume units and every node is surrounded by one control volume unit. The heat quantity the unit receives or transfers out in unit time is equal to that the neighboring units receive or transfer out.In this paper ,the difference matrix equations are dealt with by transforming heat transfering equation and control volume method,the computational program of solving the temperature field is given .the heat field of casting billet was solved under the conditions of a certain boundaries
