摘要
介绍了搭接接头三维视觉信息的传感原理。半导体激光器发出的激光经过柱透镜形成一出射光片。它与母材成一定角度投射到接头上,光片与搭接接头会成一单光纹,而母材垂直上方的CCD摄像机拍摄折线光纹,同步送计算机处理。在对图像进行各种处理,如中值滤波、二值化、低高通滤波、细化等的基础上,给出搭接接头的边缘坐标确定方法以及纠偏量和深度值的计算方法。
In this article,the senor theory of three-dimensional visual information processing on the overlap joint is introduced.The light-plate that is shot by semiconductor laser comes to a certain angle to throw overlap joint ,which brings a single vein of light ,and CCD camcorder shoots and sends it to the computer.We can make use of the methods of image processing to deal with the picture,then determine the edge seat of overlap joint by the calculation method of connecting the deviation and depth value.
