摘要
因地层压力复杂、邻近断层,赵53井固井施工时存在易发生油气水窜和水泥浆漏失的问题,而且封固段较长。为此,研制开发了密度低、强度大且防窜性能好的新型泡沫水泥浆体系,并对其性能进行了试验研究。该井应用泡沫水泥浆固井施工顺利,固井质量合格。
Formation fluids' channeling and slurry loss are liable to happen while cementing Zhao 53 Well due to complicated formations, nearby faults and long cementing interval. In order to solve the problems, a novel foam cement slurry system with low density, high strength and good channeling resistance, has been developed and tested. The cementing operation has been successfully and high gualifiedly completed with foam cement slurry.
