摘要
利用无产能老井,进行套管开窗侧钻定向井或水平井,可经济有效地开发井筒周边新的储油体,恢复老井产能,对于深井,其经济效益更为显著。从优化设计、套管段铣开窗、井眼轨迹控制、钻井液等方面,介绍了塔河油田套管开窗侧钻"S"形定向井钻井工艺技术,并提出了进一步改进和优化的技术措施。塔河油田4口试验井均顺利钻至设计井深,未发生钻具事故。该技术的推广应用,必将对塔河油田剩余油田挖潜及增储上产起到积极的作用。
To sidetrack a directional or horizontal well path in old depleted wells can effectively exploit the nearby oil reservoir and recover old well productivity, and achieve remarkable economic benefits. This paper presents such direction drilling techniques as optimizing design, casing sidetrack, well path control and drilling fluids. In additional, it brings forth the technical measures for further improvement. Four experimental wells in Tahe Oilfield all drilled to the planed depth without any drill tool troubles. Its wide use will be certainly positive to enhance production in the Tahe oilfield.
