摘要
对2002年在吉林省内各稻作区采集的稻瘟病标样中分离出的95个单孢菌株,分别用中国和吉林2套稻瘟病菌生理小种鉴别品种进行鉴定,结果表明:用中国鉴别品种鉴定出7群16个中国小种,优势种群为ZD群,优势生理小种为ZD1,其次是ZF1和ZG1小种;用吉林鉴别品种鉴定出47个吉林小种,分布范围为J0 0~J77 7,其中J46 7为优势生理小种;1995—2000年的优势小种J56 7和J54 7成为次要小种。不同地区不同年份优势小种的类型及其组成不同。
95 Mono-spore strains were separated from the samples of rice blast which were collected in Jilin province in 2002. They were identified by comparing with the verified strains of Jilin province and China. The results showed that 7 groups with 16 physiological races were identified by comparing with China verified strains, among which ZD group was dominant group, ZD_1 was dominant physiological race, and ZF_1 and ZG_1 were the secondary physiological races; 47 physiological races were identified by comparing with the Jilin verified strains, the distributive range of which were J_(0.0)~J_(77.7)and the dominant physiological race of which was J_(46.7); J_(56.7) and J_(54.7) that were dominant physiological race from 1995 to 2000 became the secondary physiological races in 2002. Types and compositions of the physiological races were different from time to time and from place to place.
