摘要
目的了解专科护士激励需求的现状 ,为专科护士的培训提供理论依据。方法对 110名专科护士采用自行设计的专科护士激励需求调查表进行问卷调查。结果专科护士对激励的需求程度较高 ,评分为 (2 .88± 0 .12 )分 ;对护理科研的需求排序第一 ;不同护龄、不同科室护士的激励需求比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论在专科护士制度实施过程中 ,护理管理者要充分发挥激励机制的管理优势 ,重视运用多元化的激励手段 ,因人施管 ,据需行激 ;创造条件满足专科护士的护理科研需求 。
Objective To understand the incentive needs of nursing specialist so as to provide proof for training. Methods Questionnaires of incentive needs were used among 110 nursing specialists. Results The indicator of each incentive needs was high; the score was 2.88±0.12; the needs for nursing scientific research were the highest; there was great statistically significantly difference in nursing experience years and departments(P<0.05).Conclusion During implementing the policy of nursing specialist, nurse administrators must develop the advantage of the incentive needs; use all kinds of incentive methods; take different administrative measures and means of stimulation in accor- dance with the different needs; create opportunities to meet the needs of nursing scientific research.
