摘要
以丙烯酸树脂、多异氰酸酯为主要原料,加入颜料、溶剂及消光剂,研制出一种伪装性能可达国家军队标准的新型防可见光红外光伪装涂料。介绍了制备伪装涂料的原理与要求。测定了该伪装涂料的机械性能及伪装性能,如镜面光泽、色差等。简要讨论了颜料、树脂的选择对涂料防可见光及红外光性能的影响。
A new kind of anti-visible light and infrared light camouflage paint was developed with acrylic resin and polycarbimide as main raw materials, some pigments, solvents and delustering agents as auxiliary agents. The camouflage properties of the paint can meet the nation troop standards. The principles and demands of the paint preparation were introduced. The mechanical properties and camouflage properties such as mirror gloss and color contrast of the paint were tested. The influence of the selection of pigments and resins on the property of anti-visible light and infrared light was discussed briefly.
