摘要
通过大量试验,对测定银镀层抗变色能力的试验方法,如:Na2S溶液浸渍试验、H2S气氛暴露试验、电镀车间气氛中日光照射下的暴露试验以及紫外线照射下的暴露试验等进行了分析比较,并对这几种方法的效果分别进行了探讨。结果表明,在试验温度为(40±2)℃、w(H2S)为(3×10-4)%的H2S气氛中测定银镀层变色能力与自然界腐蚀变色情况最接近,且易操作,结果稳定及重现性好,是比较理想的测定银镀层抗变色能力的方法。
The anti-tarnish property of silver deposits can be tested by methods such as dipping test in Na_2S solution, exposure test in H_2S gas, exposure test under fluorescent lighting in electroplating shops and exposure test under ultraviolet lighting. Comparison and effects of these methods were discussed by mass tests. The results show that exposure test in H_2S gas with H_2S weight percent of (3×10^(-4))% at (40±2)℃ is ideal for measuring the anti-tarnish property of silver deposits, because the conditions of the method are the most similar to tarnishing status. This method is easy-operation, and has stable results and good repeatability.
