摘要
研究跨国并购的学者对跨国并购绩效的研究涉及这样两个方面:一是效绩的评价指标;二是研究绩效差异产生的原因。本文运用逻辑分析和归纳方法,对跨国并购绩效产生原因进行理论与实证研究回顾和总结。本文从五个方面探讨了他们与跨国并购绩效的关系:即组织因素、体制状况、行业状况、并购过程的操作方法以及整合方法。
Researcher who study international M&A performance generally involve two areas. One area is criteria of international M&A performance; the other is the reason of different performance. This paper is a literature review of international M&A performance. Using logic and inductive method, I classify five factors including organization, institution , industry status , operational ways in M&A and integration method. This paper focus on the relationship between the factors and performance in international M&A.
