摘要
民营科技型企业是我国企业中的新生事物,在我国对外投资中将扮演重要角色。在国家政策大力支持的新形势下,为培育一批科技型的跨国公司,我国民营科技型企业在对外投资中应建立健全制度规范、选人用人、技术创新、创业投资、规模经济和快速反应等运行机制。
Nongovernmental science-technologic enterprises are novelty in our country's enterprises! which will play important role in our country's foreign investment. Under the new situation standed by national policy, our country's nongovernmental science-technologic enterprises must establish the mechanism of system standard, selectness and employment, technologic innovation, venture investment, scale e-conomy and high-speed response in their foreign investment for the sake of developing science -technologic multinational corporations.
