摘要 将发动机、变量泵、控制阀、负载作为一个系统,分析了该系统各环节匹配的原理和方法。以泵出油口压力为依据,实现了动力系统 工况的自适应控制;以转速传感控制方式实现了发动机 泵的功率匹配;以变量泵出口流量为依据,由微机控制调节多路阀阀口开度,实现了负载 泵的功率匹配。克服了以往单纯采用压力或转速控制方式的不足,并采用模糊算法在线实时调整PID控制参数,实现了自适应节能控制。 A system made up of the engine, the variable delivery pump, the control valve and the load of a hydraulic excavator was studied to explore the principle and the technique of the power matching between its elements. An adaptive control of the power system against the operating conditions was implemented according to the pressure at the pump outlet. The power matching between the engine and the pump was achieved by the rotation speed feedback control. The power matching between the pump and the load was brought about by using a microcomputer to adjust the multipassage directional valve opening according to the flow rate at the pump outlet. The proposed technique on-line real-time adjusts the PID parameters by means of fuzzy algorithm to realize the energy-saving adaptive control over the hydraulic excavator without the shortcoming of pressure only or rotation only control.
