摘要
针对用于锅炉参数检测的普通仪表结构复杂、维护量大且记录工作繁琐的不足,建立了采用智能仪表进行锅炉参数检测的可行性方案,详细阐述了智能仪表设计与实施的全过程及相关的技术处理,并在MCS 48系列单片机上得到实现。实际应用证明:该仪表实现了多路参数全自动显示、记录,从根本上解决了普通仪表检测中参数记载不规范、不统一、易记错、漏记等问题,使得锅炉参数分析及时、快速、准确率高。并且硬件可以不加变动,只需软件修改就可完成多种不同类型参数的测试计算。
Considering the disadvantages in the complex structure, a great deal of maintenance and tedious record effort of ordinary instrument used for detecting the boiler parameters, feasible schemes for detecting the boiler parameters using intelligent instruments were proposed. The design and the whole implemented course of the intelligent instruments with relevant technical treatment were explained in detail and the schemes were carried out in the Singlechip with MCS-48 series. The practical application shows that the intelligent instruments realized full-automatic display and record with multi-way parameter, and solved many checking problems using ordinary instrument, such as the record of parameters is unstandard, non-unified, etc., so the analysis is fast on time and high speed, and the efficiency is improved. It is more important that the testing and calculating with many kinds of different parameters can be completed which needs only to revise revising the software, and needn't to change the hardware.
