摘要
振动的测量在工业生产过程中有着重要的意义,如设备的监测、故障的诊断、噪声的分析与消除等都离不开振动的测量。介绍了PSD位置敏感器的组成结构、工作原理、性能指标及信号处理电路。PSD是一种光学半导体传感器,能够根据光点在其表面位置的不同而输出不同大小的电流,对光点的位置进行快速、精确定位。用激光-琴弦-PSD传感器及相应的信号处理电路组成一个振动测试系统。通过对振动曲线进行分析处理总结出PSD传感器在振动测量领域有着广阔的应用前景。
The measure of vibration has an important meaning in industrial product course.For example,the inspection of equipment,diagnosis of malfuction and the noisiness analysis and eliminate and so on,are not away form the measure of vibration.The architecture,the principle,the technical finger and the characters of position sensitive detector were analyzed and outlined.The PSD is a precision semiconductor optical sensor that produces output currents related to the'center of mass'of the light incident on the surface of the device.The semiconductor laser and string of musical instrument and PSD are composition a vibration test system that is used to check the character of PSD when it is used to measure differnt source of vibration with different frequency.After a series of experiment we can draw a conclusion that the PSD sensor have a wide application prospect in vibration measure field.
