摘要
通过定性试验筛选,壳聚糖絮凝效果较好,并考察了pH值、絮凝剂用量和絮凝温度对絮凝效果的影响.结果表明:pH值为5,壳聚糖用量为180mg/L,絮凝温度为40℃时,絮凝效果最佳.通过对过滤常数的测定分析,从理论上进一步证实了所得的絮凝条件的合理性.
Pretreatment of L-isoleucine fermentation broth was studied. Experiment results indicated that chitosan was the best flocculant and the optimum flocculation conditions were: pH of 5, flocculant dosage of 180 mg/L and temperature of 40 ℃. In order to confirm the optimum conditions to be reasonable and reliable, the filtration constant was determined and discussed.
