摘要
对于大面积、深浓色涤棉混纺织物迷彩花型 ,牢度要求较高 ,采用分散 /还原同浆两相法印花 ,严格控制工艺 ,产品质量稳定。分析了织物前处理、定形、印花和后整理各工序的加工要点及注意事项。
Two-phase printing with disperse and vat dyes in one paste is suitable for polyester/ cotton blended fabric with large area, dark shade and high fastness camouflage patterns. Process conditions should be controlled seriously to ensure stable product quality, operational parameters of pretreatment, setting, printing and finishing, as well as points for attention during the operation are analyzed.
