摘要
在常规的环切刀轨生成算法基础上 ,设计了型腔高速铣削加工刀轨生成算法 对刀轨的拐角进行了平滑处理 ,实现了相邻刀轨环之间的光滑曲线过渡 ,避免了刀具运动方向的急剧变化 。
Contour-parallel way of cutting is adopted. Sharp turning corners of the tool path are rounded, and the transition from a tool path track to the neighboring one is fulfiled through smooth curves. In such a way, the abrupt change of direction in (cutter's) motion is avoided and the cutting performance is improved.
