摘要
本文分析了矿业权的内涵及其特殊性 ,指出了矿业权价值和矿产资源资产价值的联系和区别。在此基础上分析了矿业权价值的变化规律 ,并绘出了矿业权价值变化的形态曲线。
This article analyzes the meaning and particularity of mining right,points out the distinction and connection between mining right value and mineral resources value,and then,analyzes the change rule in mining right value and draws its curves.Lastly,author brings forward some creative ideas for China to build new registration system for safeguarding mining right obligee's equity,according to the change rules in mining right value.
